Return, Refund, Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly Return & Refund Policy to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. Item Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  2. Return Window: You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at info@styloboutique.in with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
  2. Package Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include all tags and accessories.
  3. Return Address: Our customer support team will provide you with the return shipping address.
  4. Shipping the Item: Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • For orders paid with our Online Payment Method using your credit card/debit card, UPI, Netbanking or gPay/PhonePe/PayTM, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

If your return is rejected:

  • We will provide a detailed explanation for the rejection, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Order Cancellations

We will be able to accept a cancellation request any time before we ship your order. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.

Exchange Process

Stylo Boutique currently does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as described above and place a new order for the desired item.
