Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

At Stylo Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward Return & Refund Policy to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strictly enforced conditions:

  • Return Window: You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Item Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email our team at info@styloboutique.in with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Await Instruction: Our team will review your request and provide you with the specific return shipping address.

  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) including all tags and accessories.

  4. Ship the Item: Ship the package to the address provided using a trackable and insured shipping method.

    • Note: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

  • If Approved:

     

    • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking, etc.).

       

    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • If Rejected:

    • We will provide a detailed explanation for the rejection.

    • The item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

4. Order Cancellations

We accept cancellation requests only before the order has been shipped.

  • Refunds on Cancellations: If your payment was already processed, we will refund the amount immediately following the cancellation.

    • Note: This refund may be subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us.

  • After Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment has left our store for delivery.

5. Exchange Policy

Stylo Boutique does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process described above to get a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
